“Society as we know it has altered the way one looks at the self, from what we wear to the color of our skin,” explains Shaun Ross in his manifesto for Nothing Is Impossible, a new line of shirts he’s launching today.
The albino model, who’s become somewhat of a cult pop figure (thanks to Lana Del Rey and Beyoncé), has been a vocal advocate of diversity in fashion through his In My Skin I Win movement.
“In My Skin I Win is a movement for anyone who has ever felt defeated by a negative social construct of what beauty actually should be,” Shaun Ross says. “If one feels confident when looking in the mirror, then the negative words of others don’t sting as much.”
Two unisex shirts are available now from Shaun Ross’s website, a white T-shirt imprinted with Ross’s face, and a tank top featuring the same art. There’s also a beautiful campaign teaser, featuring all shapes and sizes of people across the LGBTQ spectrum — including Looking‘s Daniel Franzese.
